  When my grandson, Nolan, was battling leukemia, I made him chicken soup and used your egg noodles for the soup. He wanted nothing else but those noodles and I continued to make it for quite a while before his mom took over. To this day, he loves both of our soups but still insists on those noodles - nothing else.
  
  We believe it helped him to get his health back and today (5 years later) he is a healthy five foot three 10 year old!

  I recently bought a bag of spinach fettuccine to try Aldente products for the first time. The date on the package was 08/01/15, it is quite clear. I cooked the noodles as directed for about 3 minutes and served them with a new jar of alfredo sauce. I tasted the sauce separately and it's fine. The pasta product number is 0324. The noodles were horribly rancid, as bad as a forgotten bag of chips at the back of the pantry. I've since smelled the remaining product in the bag and it really stinks with rancid smell. Apparently the dating of the product had no bearing on the quality - watch out! I'm going to let my grocery know of my experience.
